Words to heal by

The following passage is adapted from an unknown source. I came across an excerpt of some course notes that had been pulled out of an old school binder and it looked interesting so I kept it to share it with you.

Say no when you need to.

Make choices that are right for you and good for you, starting now.

Accept the cyclical and impermanent process of life.

Set Realistic Goals that respect and accept your limitations.

Cultivate concentration and patience through meditation, visualizations, and mantras.

Surrender your quest to solve your mysteries and learn to live with the questions.

7)
Cultivate Grace by connecting to meaning and inspiration. 

8)
Learn something new each day to activate the power of your passions.

9)
Create a positive vocabulary. Your biography becomes your biology.

10)
Be mindful of and prioritize the direction of your energy usage.

Practice gratitude as an antidote to despair.

12) 
Release old, negative beliefs about yourself and take comfort from your strengths.
