*Wild Rice Stuffing

1 Cup raw wild rice
1/4 Cup clarified butter
1/2 Cup chopped or ground almonds
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium yellow onion
2 1/4 Cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh sage
sea salt to taste
Rinse wild rice twice in colander under cold water. Heat butter in large nonstick skillet. Add almonds, celery, and onion; saute until tender. Mix in broth, seasonings, and rice. Place stuffing in a greased 2 quart baking dish or casserole and bake, covered in preheated 350 degree oven for 45-55 minutes.
