Tofu marinade?

cicka, I am not a tofu expert by any means. But, I've found that it picks up just about any flavor you cook with it. I've done simple things like let it sit for 10-15 minutes in one or a combination of the following: Braggs liquid aminos, lemon or lime juice, garlic and lemon, lemon and various herbs, lemon juice and nut butter...then I add the marinade to my pan when I cook the tofu with vegies. This is the only way I can eat tofu.
Great ideas! Never thought of the lemon...
Now I only have to figure out if tofu was the cause of my sickness last time I had it or something else, by 'experimenting'. I was never a tofu eater before, but now I'd really appreciate the extra protein source.
