I know some of you crave ice cream or something sweet and cold.These can be made in many different combinations and they're quite simple.
1 T fermented, sprouted protein (vanilla)
1 tsp coffee, maple, or almond extract
1 tsp stevia/chicolin mix
1 T coconut manna or dried coconut (if have Vitamix or powerful blender)
1 pinch sea salt
1 Tbsp MCT oil, (liquid coconut oil) or almond oil or avocado oil
1/4 tsp. psyllium (this thickens it up)
2 tsp sprouted flax powder (much milder tasting than unspotted)
The equivelant of one glass almond milk, ice cold.
Mix in blender and enjoy!
