*Sesame Kale Salad

Sesame Kale Salad
2 cups washed/chopped kale
3/4 cup julienned carrots
1 small red onion or 3 shallots diced/julienned
1 tsp sesame seeds

1/2 cup *Coconut amino acids
1/8 cup sesame oil
Fresh grated ginger to taste
Stevia or vegetable glycerin for sweetness to taste

Clean kale taking out large veins, chop up
Blanch kale in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes till bright green- drain and let cool
Whisk Braggs, sesame oil, ginger and sweetener together
Poor over carrots and onions/shallots
Add kale when cool, toss, chill for a couple of hours, serve

I've used this as a base to serve grilled tuna or salmon on
