Raw Lemon-Miso Salad

· 4 to 5 handsfuls of raw greens- spinach or fresh/sweet strips of kale or fall lettuce greens
· 2-3 summer squash, spiralized or chopped into thin strips
· ½ avocado
· 1 heaping spoonful of unpasteurized miso paste
· 1-2 cloves raw minced garlic ( optional )
· 1-2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
· shake (to taste) NuNaturals Nustevia™ White Stevia Powder (shake is a measurement using a standard, small salt shaker)
· Salt & Pepper to taste
· Place everything in a large bowl & massage with hands until creamy.
· Stir in favorite raw veggies ( chopped mushrooms, tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots, jicama, etc. )
