*Pureed butternut veggie soup

1 cup zuchinni chopped

1 cup butternut squash chopped

1/2 cup grated carrot

2 green onions

2 tsp fresh basil leaves chopped or 1/2 tsp dry

1 clove garlic


Cook all of the above in an open sauce pan or fry pan with a bit of oil till soft. Put in Vitamix or blender then...


Add to taste and texture preferred:


unsweetened non dairy milk (coconut liquid milk is great, so is almond)


coconut aminos liquid
