Pumpkin Latte


¼ C almond or unsweetened low fat coconut (can just add water to regular coconut milk) or unsweetned rice milk

¼ C pumpkin puree

2 T Yacon syrup (or sweeten with a 'shake' of nu naturals pure stevia)

Dash cinnamon

Dash nutmet

Dash allspice

Dash ginger

Dash cloves


A tasty fall drink that will warm your tummy and your spirits!  Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.  Drink slightly warmed by blender or chilled
