Do you like popcorn?, then you will love this recipe, delicious, easy and healthy.
2 tablespoons of ghee or butter
2 cups of amaranth
Melt the ghee/butter in a pan, once it is melted drop the amaranth in the pan and mix very well with the ghee, salt it as you like and continue stirring for about two or three minutes at low temperature.
Serve and enjoy with a spoon.
