Liquid sunshine for S.A.D.

Do you suffer from a decrease in energy and clarity in November when the sunny hours decrease? This seasonal slump might be sneaking up on you without your even noticing. It usually catches up to me for a week or more before I realize that I need to re-start my vitamin D drops!

Those of us who live in the Northern Hemisphere, may not have enough vitamin D in the winter months to sustain our usual level of spring or mental positivity.

A multitude of studies have confirmed the many benefits of vitamin D, especially in the winter months.

Vitamin D3 Drops

Higher concentrations of vitamin D in the blood have been associated with strong bones, healthier immune system function, greater mental health resilience, thyroid and reproductive hormonal health and muscle strength.

I personally use Vitamin D3 as soon as the end of October comes. The radical shift I feel is rather like someone turning the lights on in a dim room! I highly recommend you look into whether this might help you too!
