*Frozen coco-choco candy

1/8 cup organic, full fat coconut milk

1 teaspoon organic ghee or butter (if healthfully tolerated)

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 Tablespoon coconut manna (occasionally called butter but not the same thing as the solid 'oil')

1 1/2 Tablespoons konjac powder 

2 Tablespoons organic raw inulin (optional but gives a harder, candy like texture)

dash sea salt

3 drops stevia or vanilla stevia

1 small (3/4 tsp size) square of sugar free, bitter sweet or baking organic chocolate

melt together, stir thoroughly and freeze in silicone candy trays or ice cube trays


* note if you use inulin you may be able to move them from freezer to fridge. If no inulin, keep frozen till time to eat.
