The Everything Cookie

garbanzo bean, white bean, or quinoa flour 1/2 cup

sprouted, cooked lentils 1/2 cup

raw carob powder 2 T

2 t vanilla extract

3 T cocoa powder (optional)

allspice 1/3 t

cardamon 1/4 t

cinnamon 1/2 t

tapioca starch 1/3 cup

organic shredded coconut 1/2 cup 

unsweetened dried cranberries 1/4 cup

flax seeds whole - 2 T

pear or apple puree - 1/2 cup

shelled hemp seeds - 3 T

salt- 1 t

butter/ghee - 2 T

coconut oil- 2 T 

1 egg (optional)

Inulin- 3 T

stevia - ten shakes

water or non dairy milk as needed to cookie texture.


Optional carob or unsweetened chocolate chips


Stir all ingredients except egg together and add egg last, followed by any necessary milk to  to moisten to appropriate texture.


Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and flatten with fork.


Bake at 420 for 17-22 minutes or until crisped and lightly browned at edges
