I wanted to try something last night based on a couple of Sara's ideas using zucchini and cauliflower. So I boiled up 1 zucchini and about 2 cups of chopped up cauliflower. I then pureed it in the blender until smooth (I am moving so my food processer is not available right now ). I then added flax seed, cinnamon, stevia, vanilla and a touch of glycerine. blender together and packed it up for breakfast this morning. I mean it's not the world’s best thing... but I found it tasted like creamed cereal and it was a change from my normal boring plain rolled oats.
Easy to make and it made me happy. It makes 2.5 servings.
