2 T organic pea protein (isolate)
2 T flour (green banana or coconut and tapioca)
2 T oil (ghee or MCT coconut oil or coconut oil)
1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
stevia to taste
1 tsp yacon (or maple syrup, coconut sugar or molasses if in stage 3)
non dairy milk to make pancake consistency
Mix liquids with a hand blender then blending in dry.
Pour into greased glass baking pan and bake at 350 for approx. 20 till crack forms on top and it springs back when touched.
