Carrot Spice Smoothie

This is a wonderful candida - friendly, high fibre smoothie- because of the carrots - to use them raw its best to make in a Vitamix or something equally powerful

1T coconut manna
1/2 avocado 
2 med carrots
1 cup water or 'milk' or water plus 2 T soaked hemp seeds
1/4 teaspoon organic pumpkin pie spice by Frontier
1 teaspoon flax or sesame or liquid coconut oil
8-12 shakes stevia
dash crystal salt
1 splash lemon juice (about 3/4 teaspoon)

add all ingredients to blender and puree
