Avocado mint coconut smoothie - candida friendly - healthy fats

2 tablespoons coconut manna (hard coconut cream)

1/2 an avocado room temperature

3 drops culinary mint extract

sea salt

stevia to taste

1-2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon liquid coconut oil (MCT's) - optional

vanilla nunaturals stevia to taste 

1 egg (optional - if you have a safe, healthy raw egg source you trust)

Blend well, add ice if desired and garnish with mint . I like to also add a handful of real mint leaves to the blender
