Avo-Cran Smoothie

I came up with this one to help clean my kidneys and bladder.

1 small or ½ large Avocado

1 tbsp. Sesame Tahini

1 ½ tsp. minced Ginger root

1 serving size Ester C (my brand listed 2/3 tsp., I used more due to need)

Stevia (to taste, I used about 1/8 tsp of the powder)

7 or 8 shakes of organic ground cloves

1 small or ½ large shredded carrot ~optional (I only add this a couple times a week for variety)

6 to 8 ounces Cranberry Juice Concentrate (no added sugar or cane syrup)

Can use a regular blender, I use my mini-blender & I take the same cup with me to work that I used to mix in. I love that thing!

After I cut the avocado in half, I use a spoon to slice it a little then scoop half the amount you will be using into the blender.  Put the remaining half aside. Add to the blender: sesame tahini, ginger, ester C, stevia, cloves, carrot (optional), then top with remaining avocado. Slowly pour the cranberry juice over the mixture, then mix.  I put in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before eating/drinking. (I live in FL, it’s hot here!)
