Hi, I am day 8 into the program and I really would appreciate some advice: 1. Stevia gives me a headache, is there another sweetener that is acceptable, and good? 2. Any recommendations for an egg substitute? (Blood allergy test suggests egg whites are to be avoided and I am trying to experiment with baking with coconut flour and all the recipes call for lots of eggs) 3. so, I'm going to a family reunion today and wanted to bring a sweet treat along with my Asian zoodle salad. Found these yummy bites on www.healthysweets.com and they are delicious! I enjoyed sampling one with my breakfast protien shake! This recipe made 15 cookies for me.
