I am just starting out on the candida way of eating so my head is spinning. I see that young coconut water is on the OK foods? There is just so much contradictory information out there and from what i have read elsewhere it says not to have young coconut water.
Also is buckwheat flour okay for stage one mixed with coconut flour or is it best to use Almond flour? One more thing! It may be on here somewhere but when you talk about the Limit Foods does that mean once a week potentially or once every two or ...?
