Hi there Leigh,

 

It's so true isn't it? Pictures that show what it is our goal is visually are especially useful when working with new, unknown ingredients!

 

And, yes, we do have a lot more focus on the forum than on Facebook. There is many years worth of information available here on the website. It has more of a relaxed and 'private' vibe than the instant and mega-public Facebook.

 

There's lots of fun things we can post on Facebook too and we'll keep giving this some attention. However, it's very true that our FB would need more activity and pictures to be a regular source of new members. We hope FB will direct people here where they can get support and in depth information to go deeper into lifestyle transition and healing.
