they taste quite a bit like sortbread although are a little crumbly.
1/2 cup oats* (or oatbran)
1/2 cup mixed rice flour (1/2 brown rice, 1/2 sweet rice)
110g butter* (ghee is ok)
stevia to taste
1 tsp guar gum
25g chopped 8nuts
a sprinkle of cinnamon
mix dry ingredients, melt butter, combine
make into biscuit balls and bake for 15 minutes at 180 celsius. any improvements welcome!
