*Tomato Kale Soup

1 qt water

1 bunch kale

1/4 red cabbage

1 kolrabi or turnip

1 large carrot

5 garlic cloves crushed

28 ounces of crushed tomatoes (can be fresh and strained)

1/2 tsp coriander

1 tsp dill

2 Tbl ghee or butter or coconut oil

1 Tbl organic onion powder (optional- could be half a chopped onion)

Himilayan sea salt or Coconut Aminos or miso (made into a paste with water) to taste

 

Boil water 

 

Chope the kale, cabbage, carrot, and potato and add

 

Simmer covered for 20 minutes

 

Add spices and simmer a few more minutes

 

Done!
