These are made with sunflower butter and again, it's an approximate recipe.
Should be cooked till golden brown on bottom and edges and they will have a crispy outside texture.
Mix approximately two parts flour mix to one part sunflower butter and then add sea salt salt and stevia and vanilla to taste. A bit of boiled water will help to soften and mix in the sunflower butter.
Option 1- Add some ghee or butter for a more oily and buttery cookie
Option 2- Carob chips, raisins or chocolate powder
Best to use a cookie scoop to get all scoops of dough the same. Then flatten with a fork.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
