Hi - I have a question regarding serving size for the limit foods Sweet Potato, Starchy Squash and beets. I read Tarilees post for serving sizes and it said 3/4 to 1 cup for vegetables such as beans, carrots, etc, but I was wondering if the serving size should be lower for Sweet potato, squash & beets because of their glycemic indexes? Thanks

I would say that if you're eating limit veggies then the number of times per day the limits are recommended on the Whole Approach Candida Diet will sufficiently reduce your intake. I wouldn't recommend cut it back further. Having said this, if you find you feel tired or spacey after you have one of these limits, you're likely best to adjust your choices accordingly.
