Serving Size

Hi - I have a question regarding serving size for the limit foods Sweet Potato, Starchy Squash and beets.  I read Tarilees post for serving sizes and it said 3/4 to 1 cup for vegetables such as beans, carrots, etc, but I was wondering if the serving size should be lower for Sweet potato, squash & beets because of their glycemic indexes?  Thanks

The forum has not been moderated as late as we're preparing to shift into an online e-course format. The forum will still be readable and a learning blog will be offered as well, with live group chat options to ask me questions. These will be every other week.

I would say that if you're eating limit veggies then the number of times per day the limits are recommended on the Whole Approach Candida Diet will sufficiently reduce your intake. I wouldn't recommend cut it back further. Having said this, if you find you feel tired or spacey after you have one of these limits, you're likely best to adjust your choices accordingly.
