*Scrambled Eggs & Zuchinni

I learned this recipe years ago when I was on a weight loss diet, and it works well here also.

Saute 1/2 cup Shredded Zuchinni and 1 small Onion chopped in a small amount of olive oil. Add 1 egg beaten with 1 TB of water.
Stir to break up mixture as it cooks. Season to taste.
Zuchinni and Onion amounts can be varied to taste also.

THIS RECIPE WILL TURN OUT GREAT IN A BAKED FORM--LIKELY JUST ADD MORE LIQUIDS.
BAKING THIS RECIPE WILL LIKLEY KILL MORE SOMINELLAS IN THE EGGS MIDDLES THAN SCRAMBLING...

I can keep putting the food combining info out there.. and those who choose can do it. Starch with protein is a combination that causes fermentation in the gut/poor digestion. Most people are so 'used' to eating wrong combinations and wrongly discern that the 'full' type feeling they feel is 'right' instead of realizing that it is usually is bloating/gas and fermentation that is giving them that feeling.

Properly combining foods causes them to move through the digestive system and having their nutrients utilized by the body. You may need to eat more often - but you will feel better, and heal faster.

I am using organic eggs I get from a local farmer. I'm OK with sterilizing them, but I can't see any advantage, microbe wise, baking rather than scrambling them. Can you give us a reason why we should bake?
