*Sauteed lentils and bean sprouts

3 cups sprouted lentils
1 cup fresh mung bean sprouts
2 inches minced ginger
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp miso mixed with water
tablespoon of sesame oil (toasted or regular)
tablespoon of olive oil

Saute the ginger and garlic in the oils for a few minutes. add the lentils and miso. Cook for another 10 minutes? or until they have absorbed the flavor.
