I've read conflicting advise about consuming plain yogurt and sour cream on the candida diet. What is correct?
No. No dairy, no cow dairy. They contain lactose - SUGAR! If you must, you can try goat and sheep yogurt. I would not eat it daily. There is a "vegan sour cream"alternative, but it does not taste like sour cream at all.
