This was an easy snack I just invented and made in my dorm room
Teff flour (or other)
Extra light olive oil (could probably leave out)
Cinnamon (i think adding cinnamon to teff takes it from gross to good)
Almond milk (or water probably would be fine)
Combine flour, oil, cinnamon, and almond milk in a bowl to get pancake batter-ish consistency.
Crush pear. (I cut off about half and crushed it with a fork to make a pulp)
On a skillet, pour some batter. Place crushed pear on top of batter. Pour more batter on top. (So it makes a pear sandwich!) Flip after a while and cook the other side, as you would a pancake.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top, add ghee if you like, and enjoy!
