More reasons to eat low carbohydrate

I wrote this post last night but for some reason it didn't get posted. I came on this am and saw it still in draft form. Sorry about that folks. TLC

Does candida overgrowth cause you concern? Are you fatigued with brain fog every time you eat? Do you have memory or mood issues?

Do you want to learn about how you can take better control of your candida detox program, overcome food allergies and strengthen your brain power?

A high fat, low carb version of the Whole Approach Candida Diet aligns with Dr David Perlmutter's advice for a brain healthy diet. You can hear him introduce his Grain Brain diet book here: http://www.drperlmutter.com/ab...by-david-perlmutter/

I promise it will help you keep off of the carbohydrates.

I have always suggested a grain free diet and encouraged people to experiment with a stage one candida diet long term if you feel better on it. Even beans contain a lot of carbohydrates and are not necessary if you eat fish, eggs and meat along with your healthy fats  and vegetables.

Starches and sugars (carbohydrates) are non essential nutrients AND they feed candida. Dr Perlmutter can help you find some more reasons to go through the carbohydrate withdrawal and boost your candida cleanse!

Check him out.

Best Regards,

Tarilee
