Hey, Thanks for providing really good resources on meditation. I am very fond of meditation especially no-mind meditation. I used to practice deep meditation at my home but for some or other reasons i am not able to practice daily. I also used Champa attar to get the favorable atmosphere for meditation. It helped me a lot but the main concern is regularity. i am trying to stick to my daily meditation regime.
