*Glaze for Pumpkin/Carrot Bread/Cake

Thought I would post this just in time for Thanksgiving Wink

2 T. butter/ghee
1 T. Macadamian Nut butter
1 1/2 t. Arrowroot powder
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. chicolin/stevia or to taste

Melt butter and nut butter together. Add arrowroot powder and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaning ingred. I wanted mine more like a sauce, but if you want it thick just add more nut butter and arrowroot powder. You could maybe also do with out the butter/ghee and just melt the nut butter. Didn't have a lot of time to try different things. I had this on a piece of a carrot cake, but it would be great on any spice cake/cookies/bread.

Let me know if you come up with a better version!!
