In a food processor combine the following:
3 cups sprouted, cooked chickpeas
3 T soaked flax seed
1 t psyllium powder
2 T tapioca starch
1/3 t baking soda
splash of lemon juice
Can bake deep dish style for an oven pan bread or use on stove top with cast iron pan like pancakes.
375 until firm on top and starting to turn golden brown around edges.
