Did you start your candida cleanse too quickly?

It's important to start your anti-fungal part of your candida cleanse at the appropriate time for you. Many people choose to start with some gentle colon support with the use of BentonitePsyllium and Probioplus but delay the addition of the anti-fungal Caproyl.

The following is intended as health education only. At Whole Approach we do not provide medical advice nor do we prescribe treatments.

Starting the Protocol Slowly

When beginning the use of Bentonite and Psyllium, please adjust your gradually increasing dosage towards the recommended dosage. Keep in mind that the dosages as listed are meant as maximum dosages, not minimums. Only increase your dosage towards the manufacturers recommended dosages according to how you feel and how regular your elimination is.

If your bowels slow down to abnormal rate, you may be using too much. To read about ways to modulate your product usage for better regularity, please see this page.

The introduction of the Caproyl anti-fungal liquid are best delayed until:

- your bowels have adjusted to the Bentonite and Psyllium Blend and you are eliminating regularly (ideally 1-3X a day.)

- you feel free from detoxification symptoms from the improvements in your diet

- you're not having fluctuating symptoms nor signs of new food intolerance's

If all of the above indicate you're ready to start your anti-fungal then:

You could consider introducing a small dose of Caproyl into your Purge Drink and see how this feels.

Once you've started, it's a good idea to give your body a few days to adjust to each increase. You could try leaving four to seven days in between increases in dosage but you'll get to know what is best for you as you carefully observe your responses. Adjust as you feel is right for you.

Keep in mind that some people initially feel no response then feel a rush of die off after about two weeks so it's best to keep it slow for the first three to four weeks of an anti-fungal while you learn how you will respond to it.

This is addressed in the Die Off post. The Die Off post offers information to help you understand how to listen to your body to moderate your anti-fungal dosage to an amount that optimizes your healing with the least discomfort possible.

Best of luck to you as you embark on this healing path. Please let me know how I can help along the way.

Take good care,

Tarilee
