*Carrot, Lemon and Ginger Avocado Smoothie

1 tsp almond butter or tahini
1 lg glass water (425 ml)
1 tsp FOS/stevia mix
1 small avocado
1 small to med carrot chopped or grated (unless you have a vitamix)
1/2 to 1 tsp fresh grated ginger or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 to 1 tsp lemon flavouring
1 scoop flax meal or sprouted flax meal
2 t yacon syrup (or GMO free veggie glycerin)

Blend all ingredients in a blender.
