Best just to be sure you're using GMO free seasonings if possible. If so, I wouldn't go 'crazy' on non fermented soy products. Even though one needs to be careful with fermentation on a candida program (according to your tolerance), soy products when unfermented, have some anti-digestion elements that have multiple health impeding impacts. Best not to have much of it- though it's ok as an occasional seasoning.
