This is a flexible recipe so you can make whatever size you need and have ingredients for.
2 parts almond flour
2 parts ground coconut
1/2 part tapioca starch
1 part ghee or coconut oil or olive oil
1/8 part light miso
enough water to make a thick dough
Press 1/8 inch thick into a cast iron pan or pizza pan and bake at 375 till lightly browned at edges. If not yet crisp, turn heat down to 200 till dry and crispy. Can sprinkle with salt and/or dry herbs.
