*All purpose flour mixture by Tarilee

One part white rice or sorghum flour (optional)

One part tapioca flour

Two parts almond flour

Two parts ground, coconut meat (shredded, raw, organic coconut ground to a flour)

 

This works for cookies, pancakes, brownie, and biscuit recipes. Use GMO free, aluminum free baking powder for leavener.

Pumpkin Biscuits - Scalable Recipe

 

Two parts Flour Mix

One part organic Pumpkin Mash

 

Per three cups of ingredients above add:

1 egg

1/5 tsp baking powder

3 T oil or ghee

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

small amount of non dairy milk if needed to make a thick muffin texture

1/2 tsp sea salt

stevia to taste

1 T inulin (optional for crunchy crust)

 

 

This can be spooned onto a greased cookie sheet and cooked at 400 for 15-20 minutes till golden brown at edges. Can be a muffin mixture too with a touch more fluid.
