Timing of the drinks

bel ·
Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to take the second in the evening (1-2 hours) BEFORE dinner or if it really has to be after dinner? As I go to sleep early but can't have dinner that much earlier, and don't want to be drinking a lot of water in the evening as I will end up going to the bathroom in the middle of the night which is not ideal...also don't want that feeling of being full and filled up with psyllium as I go to bed. Thanks in advance

I'll be posting on Monday from now on. You should see answers at the latest by end of the evening Pacific time. Take good care and please...
