I think thats how much was in the recipe x these cookies are crunchy without the oil so it isn't needed I have been using xylitol it has been fine for me but depends on the person these cookies sound plain but taste so good how they are in the recipe xx

Hi Yogagirl, The base of these sounds good and I look forward to trying it. Forgive me for questioning it but the stevia measurement sounds like a typo. Even a teaspoon of stevia extract would be way too much stevia. If you dispense the stevia like I do, in a small salt shaker, it might take 4-6 shakes...very tiny amount Is this recipe crispy? I don't see any oil in it and often cookies are not crispy without oil. Coconut oil might be good and some vanilla or vanilla and lemon flavour and...

so, I'm going to a family reunion today and wanted to bring a sweet treat along with my Asian zoodle salad. Found these yummy bites on www.healthysweets.com and they are delicious! I enjoyed sampling one with my breakfast protien shake! This recipe made 15 cookies for me.
