Hi, I am day 8 into the program and I really would appreciate some advice: 1. Stevia gives me a headache, is there another sweetener that is acceptable, and good? 2. Any recommendations for an egg substitute? (Blood allergy test suggests egg whites are to be avoided and I am trying to experiment with baking with coconut flour and all the recipes call for lots of eggs) 3.
