Re: Phase 1 protocol

Healthyleanfit ·
As a follow up to the above...I should add that I have not eaten much sugar for years and have for many years eaten a pretty high fiber diet. Currently, my diet already includes about 70-80 grams of fiber/day due to the volume of veggies I eat, etc. Yesterday I started the phase I treatment protocol with ~1 tsp of the fiber, 1 tsp caproyl, 1/2 tsp bentonite, and water. Both times I took it yesterday I had burning in my throat for about 20-30 minutes after taking it. In the morning I had an...

I would recommend flax caps (1000 mg) several times/daily, digestive enzymes (Absorbaid regular or platinum) and DDs Probioplus probiotics. When you take the drink, make sure you measure carefully. I found that if I put more than a teaspoon of bentonite in my drink, it would tend to dry me up. Flax and enzymes and probiotics will help big time. Get the flax at the health food store. Get the enzymes and the probiotcs from WA.

Make sure you put plenty of water in the drink. I always put more in than recommended. Shake it real good and don't let it sit too long. It takes a few days to get use to it, but it will make you feel better.

Also, you can get too much fiber. I read you don't want to go over 50 grams/ daily. It can have the opposite effect.

Thank you Tarilee. I have been reading on here for years and can't tell you why I decided to say a few words. Maybe I feel better some days. By flax caps, I just meant flax lignin capsules. I can't tolerate the straight oil but I can tolerate the capsules. The flax oil helps with everything for me esp if you tend toward constipation. Tarilee, just want to thank you for all the years of posts that have encouraged me, helped me and kept me going in the right direction. You are a real life saver.

I'm not an expert, but everyone tells me that coffee is awful for you, not only because of the acidity, but because it messes with your insulin. I was pretty much addicted but I kicked the habit by weaning myself off of it. I switched to just green tea for a while, and then phased that out. I felt the caffeine withdrawal pretty badly. However, I started drinking yerba mate, and I probably drink way too much... it doesn't make you crash the same way but it's still basically caffeine. You...

Thanks for your help! I have tried YerbaMate. I don't like the flavor much but I do like the caffeine, and I agree that there is no crash - actually helps me be more mentally alert. I am slowly weaning myself down off the coffee. It's so hard. As far as the rotation is concerned, I haven't done it at all. I can barely afford the food on this diet, let alone the waste that would be produced by not being able to eat the leftovers. (I know you can freeze leftovers but most food doesn't freeze...

Hi Vanilla! Most people find it easiest to go on the diet for a time to give themselves to adjust. Once the new way of eating feels comfortable and you know what changes and new foods work best for you, you will be ready to consider the candida cleanse products. You can visit the welcome to the forum post in the Getting Started section to learn more if you've not already. Coffe is a tough addiction to kick though once you're off it, if you stay off, it can become less attractive over time.

Basically, the yeast makes your intestines permeable, which means that food particles escape into the blood, and your immune system might start treating those particles as hostile invaders. It's complicated but trust me, you want to rotate foods. You won't know if you should rotate or not, you will only know that you should have once you have a horrible reaction. I was eating chicken every day for good, lean protein that I could digest pretty well, and now I can't eat it at all. I also ate...

H2O2 Hydrogen Peroxide Dosage..?

Hello all, I live in Europe. Due to recent restrictions regarding over-the-counter chemicals, the highest legal food grade hydrogen peroxide available to purchase is 12%. I'm doing a lot of research regarding dosage. According to "The One-Minute Cure" and all other resources, the ideal "curing" dosage to build up to is 25 drops, 3x a day. Now here is where I need a little help. My basic approach to this is 12% x 3 = 36% so I am guessing that multiplying all factors by 3 will match the...

Water Purification Reverse osmosis is effective at removing all kinds of impurities. It’s drawbacks are that it is water and energy intensive and it creates mineral-less and acidic water requiring supplementation with trace minerals to prevent deficiencies, alkalize, and increase hydration for health.* Distilled water uses energy but does not waste water. However it does not purify all contaminants. Also, it is mineral deficient as well and rather ‘dead’. In some areas you’ll likely be fine...
