I don't know most of the products you mention above but the product and food program we recommend is described in our welcome section. Because she is athletically active, you'd be very wise to find quality, candida-diet-safe carbohydrates for her. I recommend you have a look at our diet recommendations, which definitely include starches, just those carefully chosen for their low glycemic value. if she is feeling better than u are doing something right !yes coconut flour is great for baking im going to try it also stevia sweetener is the best is does not convert to sugar in the blood stream

My 7 year old daughter is near her 1st month mark of "detoxing", per holistic doctor's instruction. We went to him for ongoing tummy issues that our family doctor could not pinpoint a reason as to why and after trying elimination of dairy (no luck)...
